Specialist in Drilling Bit & Downhole Tool Repair Since 2010

Founded in 2010 by Andi Sudira, PT. Wanatirta Nusantara is a specialist private enterprise dedicated to the repair, modification, and maintenance of drilling bits and downhole tools for the Oil & Gas and Geothermal industries.

Located in Cibinong, Bogor — just 30 km from Jakarta — our 290m² state-of-the-art workshop is equipped with industrial-grade pre-heat ovens (800°C), Genesis bead blasting units, Super Jet Eutectic Castolin systems, OD grinding machines, and precision lathe machines.

We possess highly specialized capabilities in servicing Polycrystalline Diamond Compact (PDC) Bits, Tri-Cone Bits, Mill Bits, Stabilizers, and Aero Reamers — restoring them to factory tolerances at approximately 30% of the cost of purchasing new equipment.

Director & Founder

Founded PT. Wanatirta Nusantara in 2010 after over a decade as Senior Field Engineer at NOV ReedHycalog (2000–2012).

Internationally trained in the UK, China, USA, and Scotland in advanced brazing, hardsurfacing, and bit refurbishment techniques.

Pioneered the development of Indonesia's first dedicated drilling bit repair facility to internationally certified standards.
